If you have indicated on the application form that you will attending another consulting hour than the first upcoming one, the public Notary is informed of that. It is not necessary to write an additional email. If you inform the firm that you have applied for the consulting hour through our website you will receive priority!

The rules are as follows.:
- You do not have to make an appointment upfront. If you want to be sure that you can have your legal issue reviewed, then you can register through this website.
-If you have not made an appointment through this website, it may be that you have to wait.
-You are granted a maximum of half an hour to explain your issue and receive advice, to limit the amount of waiting time for others.
- The consult is exclusively for (acquainting) new clients. (if you are a regular client or have already made use of the consult hour, it is not allowed to attend the consult hour again, unless it concerns a new legal issue)
- At every consulting hour at least one (candidate) Public Notary is available. If you register through this site, the amount of available public notaries may be adjusted.
- The public Notary will check whether an instant solution to the problem is available. If however this is not possible a referral can be made or another appointment can be made outside the consult hour.
-When making a follow-up appointment the public Notary will discuss the financial aspects.
-Beware that you are only entitled to rights under the contract if you have granted the assignment to the concerned public notary firm.
